Innerwill

What comes to my mind?  Think steel girder within a building that provides strength and framework. In the building of my life, there are three such steel beams that rest on the foundation of my faith.

CHOICE

The power of choice is incredible.  I have the ability to choose approximately 9,000 times a day.  I have the freedom and the liberty to decide what I believe, what I value, and what I will act upon.  For what do I want to be known?  How will I make decisions?  Where will I spend my time, talent and treasure?

InnerWill = CHOICE

DRIVE

The choices I make, the values most critically important to me, and the beliefs I hold dear each contribute to driving my behavior. That drive is determined by my motivations, passions and intentions. This is the fuel, the power that allows me to envision, to go for it, to achieve!

InnerWill = DRIVE

RESOLVE

This is steely commitment (regardless of the challenges or circumstances), grit, stick-to-itiveness, stamina, and perseverance. Resolve keeps me on the path to which choice and drive directed me.

InnerWill = RESOLVE

To me, InnerWill allows stability in the face of upheaval, continuity in the midst of change, and direction in a climate of ambiguity.

What does InnerWill mean to you?
