Mission/Vision/Values Development
This work includes the alignment and articulation of mission, vision, and organizational values in support of business goals and is customized for each organization. Outcomes include generating clarity around the company culture in a rapidly changing business environment and creating a compass for the staff through the shared vision, mission, and aligned organizational values and behaviors.
Organizational Development
We work with Senior Leadership to define the current and future state of the company’s culture and develop a competency model that aligns with business goals. This model lays the foundation for the processes and practices that will enable the organization to effectively select, develop, evaluate, retain, and promote leaders.
Strategic Planning
Facilitators work with Senior Leadership Teams to analyze the current and future state of their organization and develop the strategy to address the integration of aligned leadership behaviors into daily operations in support of business goals. This work provides clarity around organizational priorities and offers opportunities to adjust the plan based on where the organization would like to be in the future. The deliverable is a strategic plan that will support the organization’s mission and vision with tangible objectives, outcomes, and metrics.
Recruiting and Onboarding, Succession, and Compensation Alignment
Working with organizations to develop Recruitment and Onboarding Programs to help attract top talent and set up new hires for success, InnerWill develops materials aligned with each organization’s values. We also work with Senior Leadership to develop and implement leadership succession plans – including creating customized tools to help effectively assess employees on their past performance and future potential – and develop an aligned compensation strategy.
Technical Training and Competency Development
InnerWill will work with your organization’s subject matter experts to develop technical competencies for key roles, identify shared competencies across those roles, and develop a core curriculum to address those shared competencies. We also develop Train the Trainer materials and coach subject matter experts on how to develop and deliver training content based on adult learning principles and our own training expertise. We then support the facilitation of the class to model how to do quality technical training, and then observe the team facilitating the class solo to provide them with feedback.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching focuses on helping individuals and/or small groups understand their values and beliefs. Working with our certified coaches, participants will experience increased self-awareness and adaptability, while working towards achieving personal and organizational goals. Coaching often includes a Leadership 360° Assessment, Core Values tools, and Insights Discovery ® as part of the process.
Fractional HR Support
InnerWill facilitators have decades of HR experience and expertise. Fractional HR support provides our clients with their ideal mix of expertise, without making the investment in multiple HR people. Facilitators use a collaborative approach customized for the unique needs and desired outcomes of each organization.
Focus Groups
InnerWill focus groups seek open-ended thoughts and feelings, allowing Leadership to gain deeper insights into the current state of the organization. By offering focus groups, leaders can hear from the organization as a whole, identify themes, assess the current state, and map a plan for the future.
Workshops
InnerWill’s secret sauce is in our ability to partner with clients to develop and deliver leadership programs customized to reinforce each organizations’ unique values and leadership competencies. Our programs often consist of monthly workshops built from the following core topics.
Assessments
We use a variety of instruments to assess the effectiveness of leaders and the organization, including Insights Discovery Personal Profile, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), 360-degree Feedback Surveys, and Employee Engagement Surveys.
Team Charter Development
Facilitators work with teams to clarify team focus, direction, and boundaries through the development of a team charter. A team charter serves to: Build team alignment; Clarify purpose, priorities, roles, decision-making norms, and expectations; Identify conflict resolution strategies; and Improve communication, trust, and collaboration.
